Some of our dogs have homes waiting for them in Canada and the U.S. but we need people to accompany them on the airplane. If you are going north and would like to help, please ask us how!

As we use our donations for medicine, food and shelter, we have recently introduced adoption fees. This fee is waived for members, Padrinos, volunteers, workers and contributors. All dogs adopted out through Baja Dogs La Paz, A.C. are up to date on their vaccinations. Dogs over 6 months of age are all spayed or neutered.

	Adella is approximately 5 months old and a Black Lab cross. She is a very friendly pup looking forward to finding her forever family. Adella has a cute little white patch on her chest and gets along well with other dogs.
	Black is a small to medium sized female Lab cross approximately 26 months old. She is black with a small patch of white on her chest. She is in good health now. Black was found abandoned on a rural road. She would have died had it not been for a kind person who picked her up. She has a beautiful, loving spirit, is good with people and needs a loving home.
	Bolly is an 11 month old female and she's a survivor. She was brought to the refuge by a kind stranger as a tiny, un-weaned pup. Someone had thrown her and her brother into the street. Luckily, we had a nursing dog at the refuge who took on these two tiny orphans. She is a brindle coloured Pit Bull cross. Bolly is healthy, vaccinated, spayed and ready to go!
	Canela We aren’t sure what type of dog Canela is - maybe a German Pinscher cross? She's about 19 months old and she's caramel coloured with a white patch on her chest. Canela gave birth in April of this year. Yes, at times we feel we are a maternity ward! A very clean, alert and intelligent dog, Canela will make a strong watch dog and loves people. She is a medium sized dog, has been spayed, vaccinated and is ready to join your family
	Chente is a friendly male 18 month old dog looking for a loving family. He is a physically strong dog who will need firm direction but just loves people. He is white in colour with some darker markings.
	Estela is a 1 year old female Black Lab cross. She gave birth to 7 pups June 23 of this year, however, 6 of 7 passed on as they were born to early and weren’t strong enough to survive. She loves cuddles and walks very well on a leash. Estela will also make a great watch dog.
	Jamba and her puppy Jinx were found abandoned on the beach in Comitan. Some kind guests from Italy fed, watered and got the dogs to trust again. She is a Pitt Bull cross with brown and white markings and a very friendly, loving dog. Her approximate age is 1 year

	Kasandra is an adorable pup with a white patch on her chest and white markings on her feet. She has good, healthy puppy energy and gets along well with other dogs. Kasandra is approximately 3.5 months old.
	Susana is a sweet Terrier cross. It’s difficult to say how old she is but approximately 2 years or more. She is very friendly and can’t wait to meet her new best friend.
	Patch is a 7 month old female Labrador cross with white and brown patches. Her mom and the two pups were rescued by a “dog loving tourist”. Patch is in great health and is full of energy and curiosity. She is great with other dogs but is timid around people and not a “mean” bone in her body. Patch needs a kind, gentle family to help her feel more comfortable. She is a medium sized dog.

	Reina is a 10 month old female Lab, possibly Pitt Bull cross. She is a bit assertive with other dogs but good natured with people. She has been spayed and ready to find her family to take her on the walks she deserves.

Tango is a loving medium sized male pup approximately 10 months old. Like most refuge dogs he had a rough start to his life, being dumped in an empty lot in Comitan when he was about 6 weeks old. He is a a little nervous but will overcome this rapidly once he is in a “forever” home. Tango gets along with all other dogs. He has a short coat and is possibly a Golden Lab cross. He is a quiet boy who has been at the refuge much too long and needs a home. He is neutered and vaccinated. female, about 2 years old. She is very quiet and would be a great pet. Angela came to us after a group of people in her neighborhood tried to kill her with sticks and knives. Unfortunately, many of our dogs have been in similar situations, if not worse.
